Capitalism bankrupting sovereign states

As the private sector becomes better at managing its finances it is pushing the state into insolvency, capitalism itself is bankrupting the idea of a sovereign state. The currency that capitalism requires to operate is issued by sovereign states whose very demise capitalism is accelerating bringing the possibility of post capitalism nearer.
A visible symptom of this as Timothy Morton says is the bureaucratic simulation of productivity or as Mark Fisher called it the dominance of managerialism the endless ‘work’ done which everybody knows is ‘bullshit’, especially prevalent in education. The endless reams of development records, systems of work carried out to make sure things are done according to procedure, these procedures are self generated and operated, you become your own policeman. Due to the quantity of this information produced nobody is actually able to check if these are done correctly or if the checkers are checking correctly. What these processes do is to install a culture of fear and anxiety in the workers, that in the future if something does go wrong at any moment these things can be checked and you could be found negligent.
